1. SCHEDULE A PARENT TOUR WITH someone from our admissions team.
2. SUBMIT APPLICATION - Beginning October 1, you can APPLY ONLINE for the 2024-2025 school year. We require a non-refundable $100 application fee. Our application deadline is january 3, 2024. ***We will continue to accept applications past our deadline where space is available.
3. DOCUMENTATION FROM YOUR CHILD'S CURRENT SCHOOL - YOU CAN DOWNLOAD REcords Release Form HERE.
*APPLICATION AND DOCUMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY January 12, 2024 FOR enrollment consideration.
4. PARENT INTERVIEW - We will schedule A parent interview with our Head of School after we have received all supporting documentation.
5. STUDENT VISIT/SHADOW DAY - Students applying to grades 2-7 will have an opportunity to SPEND A DAY AT CAMBRIDGE AND FOLLOW A SCHEDULE TYPICAL FOR HIS OR HER GRADE LEVEL. this will be scheduled after we have received your application, application fee, and supporting documentation.
6. ADMISSION TESTING - TESTING DATES ARE JANUARY 20tH FOR K-2ND GRADE ADMISSION AND JANUARY 27TH FOR 3RD-7TH GRADE ADMISSION.
7. REVIEW AND DECISION - THE ADMISSIONS COMMITTEE WILL REVIEW all completed admissions files. Notification day is Friday, February 16, 2024.
