We believe that homework is an extension of the classroom as concepts learned at school are reinforced; in addition, homework aids in our goals of shaping our students into becoming lifelong learners. Students are given written and reading assignments on a daily basis.
During the school year, students are given planners for grades 3-8; teachers distribute weekly schedules or weekly updates which announce daily homework as well as short and long-term projects.
Summer assignments are also creative ways of offering opportunities for our students to write, read, and explore the world around them in age appropriate ways
