Formation of children involves an intimate partnership with God and with parents. It is impossible for Cambridge to educate a child independent of their parents and the home from which they come. We are complementing each other, not doing separate, disconnected things. Teachers and parents, alike, function as guides, disciplers, mentors, and coaches who direct and shepherd children.
We value the time you read with your students, engage in conversations at home, ask questions of your children, read about our educational philosophy, attend chapel, come to classroom events, and give us your time for student conferences. We value your administrative, financial, leadership, aesthetic, artistic, spiritual, educational, and interpersonal gifts that contribute to the wholeness of the school.
